The Collège can recognize up to 60% of the hours in the Early Childhood Education program toward the Early Childhood Education diploma.

Admission requirements

Before beginning this process, you must :

  • Be admitted to the Early Childhood Education program (application form)
  • Have at least six months' work experience in the early childhood field.
  • Complete the self-assessment form
  • Receive an admission e-mail from the Collège and complete the registration form.
  • Pay an application fee of $1,800. Residents of the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut will be reimbursed the full amount of $1,800 at the end of the process, regardless of the result obtained, provided they have completed the process. During the process, you will be required to:

  • Produce a portfolio
  • Pass a written exam
  • Participate in an interview with a panel of experts
  • Submit a professional reference
